TEE Field is the app our technicians carry into every home. It records service visits with the customer's permission, then turns them into scores, coaching, and a little friendly competition.
Built for our own crews in Pennsylvania and Florida. Not a public app, and it never will be. Here is what a tech gets out of it.
One big button starts the visit, but only after the customer says yes. Pennsylvania and Florida both require everyone's consent, so the app walks the tech through it every single time.
Recordings come back as visit scores, a summary of what went well, and one clear thing to work on next. Techs can watch their average climb week over week.
The best moments become clips the whole team can listen to and learn from. Leaderboards track top scores and most improved, so everyone has a board they can win.
The tech's schedule is already in the app. When the job starts, the app prompts them to begin, and the customer is asked for permission before anything records.
The recording runs quietly in the background, survives phone calls and interruptions, and uploads itself over an encrypted connection when the visit ends. No signal? It waits and sends later.
Within a few minutes the visit is scored. The tech sees what landed, what to sharpen, a full transcript, and how they stack up against the rest of the team.
Whether you are one of our technicians or a customer we visited, here is how to reach us.
Trouble signing in, a recording that will not upload, or a device acting up? Email support@teecommand.com with your name and roughly when it happened. The Diagnostics screen inside the app has a report you can attach that makes fixes much faster.
Questions about a recorded service visit, or want a recording reviewed or deleted? Email support@teecommand.com or call your local Thomas Edison Electric office. We are happy to help.
TEE Field uses your company Microsoft account. If your password or MFA changed recently, sign out and back in. If it still refuses, the issue is usually on the account side, so contact the office and we will sort it out.
Uploads happen on their own and retry automatically once the iPad is back online. The Uploads panel on the dashboard shows anything still waiting, with a retry button. Nothing is lost while it sits in the queue.
Your account probably is not linked to the dispatch system yet. Ask your manager to map you in the admin and your jobs will appear.
Only if you agreed to it. Our technicians ask for your permission before any recording starts, and if you decline, nothing is recorded. If you have questions about a past visit, contact us and we will look into it.
